WePartner Consulting

Terms of use

The rules for accessing and using the wepartner.ma website.

Last updated: October 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the website www.wepartner.ma (the “Website”), published by WePartner Consulting. By browsing the Website, you accept them without reservation.

2. Access

The Website is free to access, subject to interruptions required for maintenance or caused by circumstances beyond our control. Access costs (connection, equipment) remain your responsibility.

3. Nature of the content

Website content, including the newsroom, is provided for information purposes only. It is neither personalised advice (strategic, legal, financial, tax or technical) nor a contractual offer. Any engagement is covered by a separate proposal and contract. Client references are presented anonymously and the figures cited reflect the firm’s experience at the date of publication.

4. Intellectual property

Website content is protected (see the legal notice). You may use it personally or for internal business purposes and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

5. Personal data

Data controller: WePartner Consulting, 50 Rue Ibnou Yaala Ifrani, Rés Les Arènes, Casablanca.

Data collected: through the contact form, your name, work email address, organisation, subject and message. The message is sent by the Website’s server, by email, to WePartner Consulting (wecontact@wepartner.ma); a backup copy is kept on the server, with restricted access, for as long as needed to handle your request. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-robot service from Cloudflare, Inc., which may receive your IP address and technical information about your browser for that sole purpose.

Purposes: to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal for collaboration. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request, then, where relevant, for the duration of the business relationship and applicable limitation periods.

Recipients: authorised partners and staff of WePartner Consulting and strictly necessary technical providers (hosting, email), bound by confidentiality.

Your rights: under Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection on legitimate grounds. To exercise them, write to wecontact@wepartner.ma with proof of identity. You may also contact the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).

6. Cookies and third-party services

The Website does not use advertising cookies. To display properly, it loads fonts from Google Fonts and technical libraries from content delivery networks (CDNs), which transmits your IP address to those providers.

Audience measurement. Subject to your consent, the Website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to produce anonymised traffic statistics (page views, origin, devices). This sets “_ga” cookies lasting up to 13 months; IP anonymisation is enabled and data sharing for advertising purposes is disabled. No measurement cookie is set before you agree. You can decline or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; data may be processed outside Morocco, notably in the United States.

7. Hyperlinks

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example our LinkedIn page). We have no control over their content and accept no liability for it. Links to the Website are permitted provided they do not harm our image.

8. Liability

WePartner Consulting uses reasonable means to keep the Website reliable, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or viruses. It cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of, or inability to access, the Website.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time; the online version prevails.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
